Freddie Bryant is a guitarist and composer and a versatile musician in both jazz and classical music. He is active in the New York jazz scene where he collaborates with Ben Riley's Monk Legacy Septet, The Ben Riley Quartet, the Mingus Orchestra and his own band KALEIDOSCOPE.

Freddie has also toured with music greats Salif Keita, Maestro Giora Feidman and Tom Harrell. He recorded records and performed with Tom Harrell, D.D. Jackson, Steve Wilson, Kevin Hays, Brad Mehldau, Chris Potter, Avishai Cohen, Rosanna Vitro, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Sheila Jordan, Randy Brecker, David Sanchez, Joshua Redman, Wynton Marsalis, Max Roach, Lonnie Smith and many others.
